Practice Advisory: Work Authorization for People Formerly in MPP

Immigration Justice Campaign
With the end of the "Remain in Mexico" (MPP) program, asylum seekers who had been forced to live in Mexico are now being allowed to enter the United States. This Practice Advisory walks attorneys through eligibility for work authorization for these asylum seekers, and provides step by step guidance on how to apply for work authorization.
