Letter to New Jersey Governor Urges Releases from Detention Amid COVID-19

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Immigration Council (Council), and the American Friends Service Community (AFSC) sent a letter to Governor Phil Murphy urging him to take steps to reduce the number of individuals in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody in the state of New Jersey amid the coronavirus outbreak.
