Parole Cases
The Immigration Justice Campaign and our referring partners seek attorneys to represent non-citizen individuals detained across the country in securing their release from civil immigration custody on parole. This opportunity involves contacting the individual in detention, documenting their eligibility for release on parole, and submitting a parole request with supporting documentation to a local Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) office. To learn more about this opportunity type or others, please visit our Types of Opportunities page.

Your work will be supported by a number of innovative resources: (1) an online library of highly curated training materials as well as other helpful resources, (2) Parole submission samples/templates and (3) weekly “office hours” available with a removal defense expert for live mentoring assistance.
